If you love pepper, then this grinder is the one for you. I used it on a Prime Rid-Roast for Christmas dinner. I ground up about 2 tablespoons of it and added some extra Himalayan Salt and Olive oil to make a delicious salt crust when roasting the meat. Everyone raved about the Prime- Rib.
Looking forward to using it on other meats, and it will be good on pasta.
