I purchased this spice because I was unable to find it at the grocery store. The recipe I had needed this spice. It made a big difference in the taste using the correct spices. The chili flakes had a little bite to them but not so much that it was too spicy to eat. I will order spices from this company again. I also received a letter thanking me and was personally signed.
