Love the Red Chili Flakes ... they are bright in color and have the Flavor to match ... I sprinkle them on just about everything ... They are perfect .. A few sprinkles will add a little zip to your Dish ...

I purchased this spice because I was unable to find it at the grocery store. The recipe I had needed this spice. It made a big difference in the taste using the correct spices. The chili flakes had a little bite to them but not so much that it was too spicy to eat. I will order spices from this company again. I also received a letter thanking me and was personally signed. That was really very nice to see. You don’t find many companies that appreciate your business any more. Great job on all around company business.
